This policy covers information collected through fraseryouthcoding.org and the "Start a Project" form. It does not cover FYC's own products (such as Novari Study or Visit Verificator), which maintain their own privacy policies.

What we collect

When you use the Start a Project form, we collect what you enter: your name, company, email, phone number (if provided), and the project details you describe. If you attach files, we receive those files.

We do not use tracking cookies. Basic, privacy-conscious analytics (page views and button clicks such as "Start a project") may be collected without personally identifying you.

What we don't collect

The Start a Project form explicitly asks you not to submit passwords, private keys, one-time passcodes, or other sensitive credentials. Please don't include these — if you do by mistake, contact us and we'll delete the submission.

How we use it

Information submitted through the form is used only to evaluate and respond to your enquiry. We don't sell or share it with third parties for marketing.

How long we keep it

We retain enquiry details for as long as reasonably needed to follow up, and delete them on request.

Your rights

You can ask us what information we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, at any time.
