These terms cover use of the fraseryouthcoding.org website. Separate terms apply to individual FYC products, such as Novari Study and Visit Verificator, and to any client project governed by its own agreement.

Use of this site

This website is provided to inform prospective clients about FYC's work and capabilities, and to receive project enquiries. You may not use it to submit false, malicious or abusive content, or to attempt to disrupt or compromise the site.

Content

Case studies, product descriptions and capability pages describe real work FYC has completed or systems FYC has built. Where a figure or outcome cannot be confirmed, we omit it rather than estimate it.

No guarantee from an enquiry

Submitting the Start a Project form does not create a contract or commitment on either side. A project begins once both parties agree to scope and terms in writing.

Intellectual property

The FYC name, the Construct brandmark and the content of this site are the property of FYC and may not be reproduced without permission.

We may update these terms from time to time. The date above reflects the most recent revision.
